How's the new field coming along? I heard it's almost finished.

Toronto Rage and Barrie X-Men will be practicing there soon. I might see you guys, since Toronto's plan is to practice there a couple times a week.

The lights are done and look great. The ceiling netting as of yesterday is about 1/3 done but there are people working on it today. The carpet is on it's way (temp carpet for now untill the turf comes.

Larry was hoping to have it done by this weekend but I was a little less optimistic as I knew frpm past experience how muck work goes into just putting up the ceiling netting. We are still looking at maybe another week till it's ready...Still, I could be proven wrong and it could be up by the middle of this week.

Should be a nice field to play once it's ready.

Awesome, I cant wait to play at 51 again.

Yah, me neither. I played at PBC yesterday for some rec ball, and I can say I enjoyed getting railed by the usual teams. I can hold my own and take quite a few, but it sucks when the five guys I've get all have spyders while the other team... you can imagine if you know the teams I refering to. Anyway, it was good 6-on-1 practice. Haha!

Seriously though, I need to get down to some hard core basic practice.
